Health Diagnosis of School Leadership in the Implementation of Digital-Based Free Learning

Abstract

Digital-based school leadership health diagnosis is a continued development of research that has been carried out previously which produced concepts and instruments for school leadership health diagnosis. The digital-based application in this research was created using the first five stages from Borg and Gall to produce an application and a limited trial was carried out so that the diagnosis stage was reduced from five stages to four stages, namely self-evaluation, interviews, preparation of recommendations, and implementation of recommendations. Based on these four stages, it can be identified that observations to validate and analyse the causes and consequences of school leadership illnesses can also be resolved through a discussion process at the interview stages
