Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA melalui Media Mind Mapping berbantuan Aplikasi Edraw Mindmaster di Kelas V SD

Abstract


Education is an important part of the development and progress of a nation. In this 21st century era, everything cannot be separated from the use of digital. The use of learning media will be interesting if you use digital-based media or interactive applications, one of the Mind Map media with the help of the Edraw Mindmaster application to improve science learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN Sukamanah 2 Pandeglang. Researchers found problems with fifth-grade students, some of whom still lacked science learning scores. So the effective solution is to use learning through Mind Map media assisted by the Edraw Mindmaster application. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research, to improve science learning outcomes for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research was carried out in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, there are four stages in each cycle, including planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The instruments used by researchers were student worksheets in the form of tests and student and teacher observation sheets. This can be seen from the percentage of student scores which has increased significantly. Before using learning media, the science test results with a passing percentage were only 18.75%. After using Mind Map media, the science learning test results increased by 81.25%. The test instrument exceeded the expected target, namely 75% of the number of students who were able to meet the minimum qualification criteria. Thus, the science learning outcomes of class V students have progressed.
