Meningkatkan E-loyalty melalui Online Relationship Qualit
Abstract
This research aims to investigate the relationship between online relationship quality and e-loyalty in the context of e-wallet services. With the increasing popularity of e-wallets as a convenient and secure payment method, understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty is crucial for service providers. Online relationship quality, which encompasses information quality, person alisation, engagement and reciprocity, and samples taken as many as 100 respondents using a simple regression analysis that was previously tested through validity and reliability tests. The results of the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there is a significant influence between online relationship quality on e-loyalty. Therefore, this study seeks to fill this gap by examining how online relationship quality affects e-loyalty in the context of e-wallet.
