PENDAMPINGAN KREATIVITAS DAN KEMANDIRIAN: PENDIDIKAN CALON WIRAUSAHAWAN MUDA

Abstract


The increased number of entrepreneurs has a considerable influence on the economic development of a country. There won’t be developmental experience unless there is guidance and mentoring that aims to provide additional education and focused on the creativity and independence of future student entrepreneurs. It is necessary for entrepreneurship education to have an immediate effect on the learner, one of which is to practice entrepreneurship as a starting point to build creativity as well as student independence. This research was conducted for three months from January to March 2017 on campus of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi and involved 40 students, divided into 10 groups of entrepreneurs as the research subjects and conducted. This study applies an action research method and two recycling processes. The finding shows that with the mentoring system for prospective entrepreneurial students, there is a significant improvement at the level of creativity and independence of students as prospective entrepreneurs.
