EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN METODE BERCERITA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL (WAYANG) TERHADAP TINGKAT DISIPLIN ANAK USIA DINI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of storytelling by using audio-visual media (puppets) in improving child discipline. The method used is a quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest control group design conducted in two kindergarten groups B with a number of research subjects Overall 40 children in the experimental group a total of 20 children and a control group numbered 20 children. The results showed that the discipline early childhood generally have medium category, and the remaining low category, then after posttest increased significantly as evidenced by the category of the discipline of children were categorized high and moderate, so that there is a significant effect on the improvement of the discipline by providing methods storytelling is by using audio-visual media (puppets). This result shows that storytelling with audio-visual media (puppets) can be used as a medium to develop children's discipline.
