Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Canva untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


The use of engaging and interactive learning media is essential in enhancing students' conceptual understanding, especially at the elementary school level. This article aims to examine the effectiveness of using Canva as an interactive learning medium to improve the conceptual understanding of elementary school students. Canva, a web-based graphic design platform, enables educators to create more engaging teaching materials with strong visual elements. This study employs a literature review method, analyzing previous research related to the use of Canva in primary education. The findings indicate that Canva significantly enhances student learning outcomes, particularly in terms of conceptual mastery and early reading skills. Furthermore, Canva supports students' creativity and enhances their digital skills, which are crucial in today's digital era. However, some challenges, such as inadequate technological infrastructure and a lack of teacher training, continue to hinder Canva implementation. Therefore, it is important for educators to receive proper training to fully leverage Canva's potential. In conclusion, Canva-based learning media hold great potential in creating more interactive, engaging, and effective learning environments, which significantly contribute to improving primary school students' understanding.
