Penerapan Etnomatematika sebagai Upaya Pelestarian Budaya Lokal pada Siswa SD melalui Bahan Ajar PowerPoint Interaktif

Abstract


Two years of online learning gave students a feeling of lost learning because they did not learn by meeting the teacher directly. The increasingly widespread use of social media creates new habits for students to obtain further and more interesting information so that studying has become a normal habit. Therefore, learning in schools must be able to keep pace with developments over time. By using interactive PowerPoint media containing ethnomathematics material, students are asked to always remember the culture around them. In this research, third grade students at SDN Lialang learned about Speelwijk Fort, which is an old Banten culture, with mathematical material about measurements. The method used is an ethnographic method by collecting data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. After all the data was collected using data collection techniques that had been carried out, the researcher used the ADDIE model to design learning media. This is proven by the validation results and the very good response from class 3 students, that they were very happy when taking quizzes using interactive PowerPoint, they also easily understood the content of the material explained by researchers which was supported by using Handout teaching materials. Media that has been designed by considering aspects of feasibility and procedures is suitable for use by students and can be used as a basis for future practice and research
