Pelaksanaan tugas dan kerjasama pramusaji dalam melayani tamu di Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta
Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of waiters' duties, and to determine Waiter's cooperation with other departments at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta. The research method carried out is a qualitative method with the method of collecting data on interviews, observations and literature studies. The result of this study is that the implementation of waiter and waitress duties at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta is carried out in accordance with the steps taken by the waiter / waitress when serving the Table D'hote or Buffet menu at Shambhala All Day Dinning, namely Greeting the Guest, Escourting and sitting the guest, Presenting the menu, Taking beverage order, Clear up, Crumbing down, Presenting the bill ( if there is additional breakfast) and Table setting. Taking orders at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta are Taking Orders to receive and record all food and beverage orders, which are then forwarded to relevant departments, such as kitchen, bar, pastry. FB Service collaboration with other departments in Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta, namely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Steward, Laundry, Purchasing, Accounting, and Human Reseources Department.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tugas waiters, dan untuk mengetahui kerjasama Waiter dengan departemen lain di Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi Pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan tugas waiter dan waitress di Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta dijalankan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh waiter/waitress pada saat melayani menu Table D’hote atau Buffet di Shambhala All Day Dinning yaitu Greeting the Guest, Escourting and sitting the guest, Presenting the menu, Taking beverage order, Clear up, Crumbing down, Presenting the bill ( jika ada additional breakfast) dan Table setting. Taking order di Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta yaitu Taking Order menerima dan mencatat segala pesanan makanan dan minuman, yang selanjutnya diteruskan ke departemen terkait, seperti Kitchen, Bar, Pastry. Kerjasama FB Service dengan departemen lain di Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta yaitu dengan Front Office, Housekeeping, Steward, Laundry, Purchasing, Accounting, dan Human Reseources Departement.
