Abstract
Abstract: This research is motivated by the 2015 results of the TIMSS which show that students in Indonesia have low science process skills. This is caused by a lack of variation in the learning process which causes students to be less able to use science to deal with real life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SETS learning models on science process skills of fifth grade students of elementary school. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with Non-equivalent Control Group Design carried out in two classes namely the control class and the experimental class by taking the population of all fifth grade students in one of the elementary schools in the city of Bandung and the sample in this study were 33 students in the class V A and 33 students in V B class. The results of this study indicate that the influence of SETS learning in the experimental class is 63% and has a fairly effective category compared to conventional methods with a percentage of 28% which has ineffective categories. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that there is an influence of SETS learning on science process skills of fifth grade students of elementary school.
