Abstract


High learning achievement is always the hope of all parties. For higher education parties, student learning achievement is one of the effective indicators of the teaching and learning process, which can also be used to improve the image of the university. Many factors influence student learning achievement, this is very important to be reviewed in order to improve student achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of learning motivation, student activity, and lecturer performance in relation with student learning achievement. The research was presented descriptively and verificatively using explanatory survey research methods. The research hypothesis will be analyzed using structural equation models (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) methods. The results of the study indicate that learning motivation, student activity and lecturer performance influence the improvement of student learning achievement. Student learning achievement is inseparable from learning motivation, student activity, and lecturer performance.
