PENGARUH METODE FIELD STUDY TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KRITIS DALAM MENGANALISIS FENOMENA BANJIR

Abstract


The success of the learning process as well as geography is at least measured by changes in behavior or appearance with a series of activities such as reading, observing, listening, and imitating or it would be better if the subject of learning experiences or does it himself. The main objective in this study was to find out how the influence of the field study method on critical thinking skills of students in Pandeglang Public High School 6. The research method used is experiment. The results showed that there was an influence on the use of meted field studies on students' critical thinking abilities which, if seen, belonged to the high category. This research was carried out because of the low problem of students' critical thinking skills which was marked by the low level of students in achieving the minimum completeness value and the low student score results which were seen based on critical indicators of students. The researcher recommends that the field study method be an option in geography teaching because if seen from the results of the study, it shows that this learning method is able to provide a significant influence on improving students' critical thinking skills.
