Efektivitas Program Lifeskills-Vokasional di Purwakarta Terhadap Pengenalan Potensi Wilayah

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of introducing the potential of the local area by students to overcome the problem of unemployment after students complete basic education. The problem raised was the running of the lifeskills program in Purwakarta Regency under the name “tujuh poe atikan Purwakarta istimewa” one of the programs in it was vocational, where students participated in the work of parents, which was considered to be able to help participants know the potential of the local area. from this research is to see the effectiveness of lifeskills-vocational programs in recognizing the potential of the region. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The results of hypothesis testing on the proposed problem are the existence of the effectiveness of lifeskills-vocational programs carried out on the implementation of the potential of the local area. The conclusions from this study indicate that the lifeskills-vocational program is effective for students in recognizing the potential of the local area.
