Dinamika Agilitas Organisasi dan Dukungan: Pilar Keberlanjutan Sosial di Credit Union Lestari
Abstract
Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara Agilitas Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, dan Keberlanjutan Sosial dalam Credit Union Lestari, melibatkan 160 responden. Menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agilitas Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Sosial, menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi cepat Credit Union terhadap perubahan sosial dan ekonomi. Selanjutnya, Agilitas Organisasi berkontribusi positif terhadap Dukungan Organisasi, menciptakan lingkungan internal yang responsif. Dukungan Organisasi, pada gilirannya, memengaruhi positif dan signifikan Keberlanjutan Sosial, menunjukkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan praktik keberlanjutan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa Dukungan Organisasi berperan sebagai mediator sebagian dalam hubungan antara Agilitas Organisasi dan Keberlanjutan Sosial, menandakan bahwa program dukungan finansial atau pelatihan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dalam praktik sehari-hari. Implikasi manajerial termasuk pengembangan agilitas organisasi, peningkatan dukungan organisasi, dan promosi keberlanjutan sosial, membentuk Credit Union yang adaptif, responsif, dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian memberikan pandangan praktis dan teoretis tentang strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Credit Union untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan dampak positifnya pada anggota, karyawan, dan komunitas.
