MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN KEJURUAN BERBASIS KEMITRAAN

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian: 1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis, Perencanaan, Implementasi, Monev dan Tindak lanjut Perbaikan Mutu Pendidikan Berbasis Kemitraan SMKN 1 dan SMKN 10 Kota Bandung, 2) mengembangkan model pengelolaan mutu berbasis kemitraan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggambarkan mengenai fenomena kemitraan di SMK 1 dan SMK 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukan DU/DI memiliki kedudukan terbatas dalam pengelolaan mutu. Sekolah dan DU/DI tidak memiliki  bentuk kemitraan formal.  Keterlibatan DU/DI tidak pada semua level pengelolaan mutu hanya prakerin dan monitoring dan evaluasi tentang kepuasan pelanggan. Kemitraan belum berkembang pada upaya strategis guna mewujudkan mutu. Keterlibatan DU/DI dan sekolah secara aktif dengan dukungan komitmen yang tinggi belum terwujud. Kesimpulan bahwa sekolah belum menempatkan DU/DI pada setiap tahapan pengelolaan mutu pendidikan, mulai dari perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut perbaikan. Rekomendasi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa SMK dan DU/DI harus membuat tim kualitas atau tim mutu secara bersama dalam peningkatan mutu dengan peran dan tanggung jawab yang terstruktur.

Objective: 1) describe and analyze, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Follow-up of the Education Quality Improvement Partnership Based SMK 1 and SMK 10 Bandung, 2) developing a quality management model based on partnerships to improve the quality of education. The method used is qualitative analysis with a case study approach to describe the phenomenon of partnership at SMK 1 and SMK 10.The results showed DU / DI has a limited position in quality management. Schools and DU / DI does not have a formal partnership. Involvement DU / DI is not at all management levels only prakerin quality and monitoring and evaluation of customer satisfaction. The Partnership has not developed in strategic efforts to realize the quality. Involvement DU / DI and schools actively to support high commitment has not materialized. The conclusion that the school has not put DU / DI on each stage of education quality management, from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and follow-up repairs. Recommendation, the report recommends that CMS and DU / DI must make the team or the quality of the quality team together in improving the quality of the roles and responsibilities are structured.
