PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMUNIKASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PEGAWAI PT. NOVATEX RANCAEKEK BANDUNG

Abstract
Employees are the most important factor driving productivity of all company activities, therefore employees should get more serious attention from the company so that the company's performance will be better. Productivity problems often occur in companies engaged in the scope of quantity where things related to quantity will greatly affect employee productivity. Many practitioners have carried out research on employee productivity, such as that conducted by Wolpram Hutagoal in 2019. One of the companies experiencing productivity problems is PT. Novatex Rancaekek Bandung. The strategy to increase employee productivity is by increasing training and work communication. This study aims to determine (1) description of training, (2) description of work communication, (3) level of employee productivity, (4) the effect of training on employee productivity, (5) the effect of work communication on employee productivity, (6) the effect of training and work communication on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is saturated sample or total sampling, amounting to 53 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0. The results of the study show that 1) training is at an already effective level, 2) work communication can be said to be good, 3) employee productivity is at a high level, 4) training has a positive effect on employee productivity by 44.1%, 5) work communication has a positive effect on employee productivity by 47.3%, 6) training and work communication has a positive effect on employee productivity by 53.2%.
