Literasi Sains Siswa Kelas V melalui Model Pembelajaran Radec pada Materi Siklus Air dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Google Meet

Abstract


Science literacy is one of the most important skills for students to master in the face of the 21st century. However, the science literacy ability of elementary school students is still low. This study aims to see the implementation of Radec learning model by using google meet and students' science literacy skills after following Radec's learning on water cycle material using google meet. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the population of all grade V elementary school students in Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The sample technique used is purposive sampling based on the purpose or consideration that has been determined by the researchers and obtained this research sample is a grade V student at SDN 1 Wanakaya. The instruments used in this study are evaluation test instruments, teacher performance observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, teacher interview guidelines, and student interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study obtained that the implementation of the application of radec learning model through google meet has been included in the category of excellent, and the ability of science literacy students after following radec learning through google meet in the good category. In addition, there was a positive response from teachers and students to Radec's learning. So it can be concluded that Radec's learning model through google meet on water cycle material can be used as a solution to develop students' science literacy skills.
