Model Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Kompensasi di Perusahaan Manufacture

Abstract


Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, compensation, employee performance and job satisfaction in manufacturing companies in the Majalengka Regency area. This research uses descriptive statistical research methods. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, this research shows that in general the workload is in the low category, compensation is in the high category, employee performance is in the good category and employee job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Meanwhile, based on statistical results, workload has a negative impact on employee job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative impact on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload and compensation simultaneously have a similar effect. significantly on job satisfaction, workload and compensation together have a significant effect on employee performance and employee job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
