APAKAH PEMBERIAN MOTIVASI KERJA BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN?
Abstract
Produktivitas kerja karyawan merupakan suatu upaya yang perlu ditingkatkan dari setiap karyawan. Produktivitas kerja dapat ditempuh dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya dengan pemberian motivasi. Maksud dari tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemberian motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta jenis penelitian explanatory survey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden mengenai penilaian kinerja berada pada kategori efektif dan produktivitas kerja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.
