Abstract

Ethnic entrepreneurship among indigenous and minority communities has become an increasingly relevant research subject in today's life. This article aims to investigate the historical lessons that can be learned from ethnic entrepreneurship through a comprehensive case study. Using a qualitative study approach and methodology, we analyze several examples of indigenous and minority communities that have successfully maintained and developed their businesses over the centuries. This study not only explores their successes and adaptation strategies, but also highlights the challenges and obstacles they face on their journey to economic success. Our findings suggest that ethnic entrepreneurship is not only important for understanding local economic history, but also has significance for future economic policy and community development. This article contributes to the literature on ethnic entrepreneurship by underscoring the value of historical lessons in a changing global context.
