Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dan Implikasinya Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa di SMK Kota Bandung

Abstract


This study aims to determine the description of teacher competence, student learning motivation, and student learning outcomes in SMK Bandung City, as well as to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning motivation, and to determine the effect of teacher competence and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive verification research method. This study has a population of 114 students of SMK Accounting Bandung City. The technique used in sampling used the census technique. Data on teacher competence variables and student learning motivation were obtained from distributing questionnaires given to students and data on student learning outcomes from document techniques. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the description of teacher competence in SMK Bandung City was in the medium category, the description of student learning motivation was in the high category and student learning outcomes were in the low category.
