Analisis Penerapan SMK Pusat Keunggulan di SMKN 4 Bandung

Abstract


This study aims to find out how the implementation of the SMK Center of Excellence program at SMKN 4 Bandung is seen from the dimensions of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising link and match 8+i. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing relevant informants and document review. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data is interview data with five informants consisting of four informants from SMKN 4 Bandung and one informant from DUDIKA who partners with SMKN 4 Bandung. Secondary data, namely the rules of SMK PK as well as several official documents. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PK SMK link and match program at SMKN 4 Bandung is still needs to be improved, especially in programs that not been achieved are implementation on the job training, commitment to uptake by DUDIKA, and other collaborations that will be carried out by DUDIKA.
