Abstract


This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Play-Based Learning model to improve teacher competency and the critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills of TK B students at TK XYZ Jakarta. A Classroom Action Research method was employed, involving three cycles. Based on the observations and research conducted over three cycles, it can be concluded that there was an improvement in teacher competency and the critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills of the students. From this data, it can be inferred that the Play-Based Learning model can effectively enhance teacher competency and the critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills of TK B students at TK XYZ Jakarta.
