EVALUASI PENERAPAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM KEGIATAN PEMBELAJARAN MATA PELAJARAN PEMROGRAMAN DASAR KELAS X DI SMK CENDIKA BANGSA MALANG DENGAN METODE CIPP

Abstract

Based on observations that have been made at SMK Cendika Bangsa Malang, it is known that during the learning process, teachers do not use lesson plans. According to the results of interviews, teachers consider that lesson plans are only a formality, this is feared to affect student learning outcomes because the learning process is less effective. Based on these problems, a research was conducted that aims to determine the application of lesson plans in learning activities for basic programming subjects for class X at SMK Cendika Bangsa Malang with the CIPP method. The data was collected by interview, observation, document study, and documentation methods. Informants in this evaluation activity are Deputy Head of Curriculum, Teachers, School Supervisors, and Students, other data sources are documents such as Basic Programming Plans, Syllabus, Annual Programs, Semester Programs, and Minister of Education and Culture Regulation no. 22 of 2016 concerning Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Processes. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that at the context stage, the preparation of learning documents by the teacher still needs to be improved. At the input stage, the teacher still needs to review the syllabus. At the process stage, the teacher has implemented some of the steps from the lesson plan, so that the learning activities are appropriate but still need to be improved, at the product stage students have scored above the KKM.

Berdasarkan observasi yang pernah dilakukan di SMK Cendika Bangsa Malang, diketahui bahwa saat proses pembelajaran, guru tidak menggunakan RPP. Menurut hasil wawancara, guru menganggap bahwa RPP hanya sebagai formalitas saja, hal ini dikhawatirkan dapat memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa karena proses pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan RPP dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar kelas X di SMK Cendika Bangsa Malang dengan Metode CIPP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan dokumentasi. Informan pada kegiatan evaluasi ini adalah Wakil Kepala Kurikulum, Guru, Pengawas Sekolah, dan Siswa, sumber data lain adalah dokumen seperti RPP Pemrograman Dasar, Silabus, Program Tahunan, Program Semester, dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan No. 22 Tahun 2016 mengenai Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pada tahap context, penyusunan dokumen pembelajaran oleh guru masih perlu diperbaiki lagi. Pada tahap input, guru masih perlu mengkaji ulang silabus. Pada tahap process, guru sudah menerapkan sebagian langkah dari RPP, sehingga dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sudah sesuai namun masih perlu ditingkatkan, pada tahap product siswa telah mendapat nilai diatas KKM.
