Rancangan 3D Pengembangan Desa Wisata-Budaya Pandanwangi Cianjur Berorientasi Nilai Ecovillage
Abstract
Desa wisata budaya Pandanwangi (varietas padi terbaik) merupakan tujuan wisata budaya dan pendidikan. Lokasi wisata ini tergolong sepi pengunjung karena segmentasi pengunjung yang terbatas dan fitur wisata yang minim. Perlu dilakukan perancangan untuk mengembangkan desa wisata ini menjadi lokasi wisata favorit. Dalam mengembangkan pariwisata harus mengacu pada nilai-nilai ecovillage sehingga memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, sosial dan budaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan desa wisata Pandangwangi menggunakan model 3D. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan metode delphi. Data survei tersebut didiskusikan dalam dua putaran Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa wisata Pandanwangi memiliki potensi yang besar untuk menjadi lokasi wisata favorit. Desain pengembangan 3D menambahkan banyak fitur yang harus tersedia untuk mewujudkan lokasi wisata budaya dan wisata pendidikan. Keistimewaannya antara lain panggung budaya, rumah adat yang menampilkan warisan budaya lokal, museum utama sekaligus taman bermain edukasi, minimarket kerajinan lokal, taman bunga, pertokoan, dan pasar makanan. Perkembangan ini akan memperluas segmentasi pengunjung. Pemanfaatan nilai ecovillage dalam pengembangan desa wisata dapat memberikan banyak manfaat, antara lain kelestarian lingkungan dan budaya yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat.
