PERILAKU AGRESIF PADA ANAK USIA 24-36 BULAN PADA TEMPAT PENITIPAN ANAK
Abstract
This study explores aggressive behavior in children aged 24-36 months at a daycare center in Cirebon. Aggressive behaviour in early childhood is considered part of normal development as children learn to manage emotions and interact with their environment. This study used a case study approach with participants consisting of children who exhibited aggressive behaviour, as well as their caregivers and parents. Data were collected through observations and interviews, then analysed thematically. The results showed that aggressive behaviour in children can arise in response to frustration, inability to express needs verbally, and lack of understanding of social rules. Although aggressive behaviour in early childhood can be considered normal, it is important to provide appropriate guidance so that children can express their empathy and emotions in a more constructive way. In conclusion, childcare plays a crucial role in children's social and emotional development, and a deep understanding of aggressive behaviour and coping strategies is essential to support healthy child development.
