Analisis Toxic Parenting terhadap Tingkat Kestabilan Mental Anak Masa Kini
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak broken home dan toxic parenting pada perkembangan anak-anak melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Broken home mencakup ketidakharmonisan keluarga akibat konflik, sementara toxic parenting melibatkan pola pengasuhan tidak sehat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dari latar belakang ini cenderung mengalami gangguan kepercayaan diri, kesulitan pengambilan keputusan, perasaan bersalah, dan masalah kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya kesadaran terhadap pola pengasuhan sehat dan peran orang tua dalam perkembangan anak-anak. Saran termasuk edukasi orang tua, layanan konseling, dan pendidikan pengasuhan. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat mencegah pengalaman toxic parenting dan memberikan dukungan bagi anak-anak yang terpengaruh secara psikologis.
