Abstract

Proposed Solving Fuzzy Linear Programming Using Information From Zimmermann Method

ABSTRACT. There are several methods for solving fuzzy linear programming problems proposed and developed by researchers. This article discusses a proposed new method for solving fuzzy linear programming based on information from the Zimmermann method. The completion of fuzzy linear programming using the Zimmerman method has the disadvantage of resolving the case of boundless fuzzy linear programming and no case of solution. To overcome this weakness, researchers propose an alternative method to solve fuzzy linear programming by building membership functions and using Thorani ratings. The new method that the researchers propose is called Pengembangan Zimmermann method. The results of this method show better results.

Key words: Fuzzy Linear Programming, Ranking Thorani, Zimmerman Method.
