Analisis Niat Berwirausaha dalam proses Pendidikan kewirausahaan dari Perspektif Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract


Proses terstruktur dan terencana diperlukan untuk membentuk niat kewirausahaan. Proses tersebut dikembangkan berdasarkan sejumlah asumsi mengenai individu dalam perspektif Theory of Planned Behavior. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), sikap dan niat baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian studi kausal melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tertutup terhadap 200 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan metode maximum likelihood estimation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mempengaruhi sikap dan niat berwirausaha melalui peningkatan entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Implikasi teoritis: Konsep Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengurangi adanya inkonsistensi sikap dan niat melalui pembentukan ESE. Proses pendidikan kewirausahaan perlu memperhatikan pengembangan ESE sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa berdasarkan perspektif TPB
