Pengaruh Sosial dan Motivasi Hedonis terhadap Minat Untuk Menggunakan Lebih Lanjut Mobile Wallet DANA di Kota Bandung

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze the social influence, hedonic motivation and interest in further use (continuance intention) on the DANA mobile wallet. The design research of this study is a cross sectional method. This study uses a descriptive verification approach with an explanatory survey method. A total of 200 respondents were selected as samples using purposive sampling. A questionnaire was used in the research instrument to collect data from the respondents. The analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of social influence and hedonic motivation have a positive and significant influence on the interest to use further (continuance intention).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis dan minat untuk menggunakan lebih lanjut (continuance intention) pada mobile wallet DANA. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional method. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Sebanyak 200 responden dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sebuah kuesioner digunakan dalam instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengaruh sosial dan motivasi hedonis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan lebih lanjut (continuance intention).
