MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI DI PONDOK PESANTREN

Abstract


Yang menjadi masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen mutu yang di kembangkan pada madrasah aliyah di pondok pesantren. Sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimanakah perencanaan mutu (2) bagaimanakah pelaksanaan program mutu (3) Bagaimanakah monitoring dan evaluasi mutu (4) bagaimanakah tindakan perbaikan mutu yang dilakukan oleh madrasah aliyah negeri di pondok pesantren. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan alasan pertanyaan- pertanyaan bersifat terbuka sehingga peneliti bisa fleksibel dan bisa mengembangkan pertanyaan, karena peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Darussalam Kabupaten Ciamis, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Cipasung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Cijantung Kabupaten Ciamis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di tiga madrasah aliyah negeri ini sudah mengembangkan manajemen mutu mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut perbaikan mutu yang sangat bersinergi antara madrasah dan pondok pesantren sehingga eksistensi madrasah dan pondok pesantren terus berkembang. Rekomendasi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa madrash dan pondok pesantren harus tetap menjadi teamwork yang berkualitas dalam peningkatan mutu dengan peran dan tanggung jawab yang terstruktur, dan menjadi model yang dapat dijadikan alternatif konsep untuk pengelolaan madrasah yang bermutu. 

The subject of this study is how quality management is developed in Muslim boarding school-based state-owned madrasah aliyah. Accordingly, the purposes of this study are (1) how quality planning,  (2) how implementation of quality program, (3) how monitoring and evaluation of quality, (4) how actions for improvement of quality are taken by Muslim boarding school-based state-owned madrasah aliyah. The study is conducted by using qualitative method, and motives of open-ended questions to make researcher flexible and, thus, able to develop questions, as researcher want to describe and analyze the implementation of quality management in Madarah Aliyah Negeri Darussalam, Regency of Ciamis, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Cipasung, Regency of Tasikmalaya, and Madrasah Aliyah negeri Cijantung, Regency of Ciamis. The results of the study indicate that all of three state-owned madrasah aliyahs were developing quality management starting by planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as highly synergized follow-up improvement of quality between Islam School and Muslim Boarding School, thereby making the existence of both Islam School and Muslim Boarding School constantly thrive. This study is recommending that Islam School and Muslim Boarding School should be permanent quality teamwork in improvement of quality and structured role and responsibility and, thus, model for alternative concept of quality Islam school management.
