PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN INSTRUKSIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM SEKOLAH TERHADAP SEKOLAH EFEKTIF

Abstract


Upaya pemberdayaan sekolah menjadi hal yang urgen untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Sekolah efektif merupakan solusi untuk menutup disparitas mutu pendidikan kita. sekolah efektif perlu ditopang oleh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Penelitian ini berupaya menguji berapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap sekolah efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui regresi korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah berpengaruh cukup kuat terhadap sekolah efektif, Iklim sekolah berpengaruh cukup kuat terhadap sekolah efektif, sedangkan kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara simultan  berpengaruh kuat terhadap sekolah efektif.

Efforts to empower schools become urgent to improve the quality of education. Effective school is a solution to close the disparity in the quality of our education. Effective schools need to be supported by the principal instructional leadership and school climate. This research is to know how high the influence of the principal's instructional leadership and school climate towards effective schools. This reseach used a survey method with a quantitative approach through simple correlation and multiple regression. The results of the research showed that the principal instructional leadership strong enough to influence the effective schools, school climate influence is strong enough to effective schools, while the principal instructional leadership and school climate simultaneously strong influence on effective schools.
