EVALUASI PERSEBARAN LOKASI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN BERBASIS SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS (SIG) DI KABUPATEN PENAJAM PASER UTARA PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate and determine the level of suitability of the distribution of Vocational High School locations in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and processes data by projecting and using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The results of this study indicate that the Vocational High School in Penajam Paser Utara Regency is located in a residential area with a radius of achievement of 3,000 meters with a clustered distribution pattern. Based on the calculation of the level of suitability for the distribution of school locations, the placement of the location of the Vocational High School in North Penajam Paser Regency is also included in the appropriate category or can be said to be good.
