ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE UNIVERSITY IMPLEMENTATION IN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Abstract

This research is intended to see how the readiness of government agencies in implementing Corporate universities. The research method used is descriptive analytical with data collection techniques through litelatur studies and surveys with populations of central government agencies and local governments and samples that are government agencies that are in the process of preparing for the implementation of Corporate university. The results of the study show that both central and regional government agencies that are in the preparation stage for the implementation of Corporate University are not all ready, especially in terms of preparing facilities and infrastructure. The leadership of the agency supports the implementation of Corporate University and coordination between organizational units has been carried out well, but from the employee side there is still a lack of understanding regarding Corporate University. It can be concluded that the agency that will implement the Corporate University needs to deliver information to all employees so that the objectives of implementing the Corporate University are linked to the achievement of the organization's vision and mission can be achieved.
