PRODUKTIVITAS DAN PENINGKATAN KINERJA AKADEMIK DOSEN DALAM BIDANG PENELITIAN

Abstract


The research objective to be achieved is to obtain information about productivity and service from aspects of academic performance in the research field. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, where the research subjects were elements of lecturers at the University of Education of Indonesia. The results  of the information data obtained by the lecturers are very productive in conducting teaching, research at the same time. The ability of lecturers in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, determines the level and quality of higher education based on the vision and mission which is the direction of achieving the goals of leading and outstanding universities.
