KINERJA MENGAJAR DOSEN DAN PEMANFAATAN SARANA PRASARANA PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS MATA KULIAH PRODUKTIF

Abstract


Effectiveness of Productive Subject Learning is considered very important, especially for the NHI Bandung College of Tourism in realizing educational goals and producing graduates who have skills and are competent in the field of tourism. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample is part of a population of 139 students. The results of this study indicate 1) the effectiveness of learning productive subjects in the very high category 2) lecturer teaching performance in the high category, 3) the utilization of learning infrastructure in the very high category, then jointly teaching lecturer performance and utilization of in-fluential learning infrastructure positive for the effectiveness of learning productive subjects by 43.7%.
